Precautions for use:
Due to the presence of lactose, this medicine should not be used in cases of galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or lactose deficiency.
Take into account the sucrose content:
one tube = 3.4 grams of sucrose (1 sugar cube = 5 grams of sucrose)
Dosage:
 
The recommended dosage varies according to the situation: before, during and after exercise.
Before physical effort: 10 to 15 granules the day before, in the morning and just before exercise.
During muscular effort: 10 to 15 granules as soon as the sensation of cramps or muscular fatigue
is felt.
After sports effort: 10 to 15 granules every hour for 3 hours if the effort has been intense
then 5 times a day for 3 to 5 days until symptoms disappear.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days. The granules can be left to dissolve under the tongue or in a little water.
 
Manual :
Pour the granules into the measuring cap then put them in your mouth without touching them with your fingers. Let them melt under the tongue.
