Ingredients: horsetail herb extract (Equisetum arvense) standardized to minimum 7% silica, nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica), hydrolyzed cod collagen , L-ascorbic acid, grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera) standardized to a minimum of 95 % proanthocyanidin (OPC), L-leucin 20 mg, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, retinyl acetate, sodium selenate, D-biotin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant cellulose coating ).
 
Usage: 2 capsules a day. Drink with water.
