The main active ingredient of MyVita Hair Skin Nails Active Liquid 500 ml is the patented Norwegian fish collagen Naticol ® type I. It is characterized by higher absorption than the commonly occurring bovine collagen. The recommended daily dose of the product is as much as 1000 mg of collagen in hydrolysed form.
The Hair Skin Nails Active Liquid formula by MyVita also contains a high dose of vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of the skin. At the same time, it supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
