Content of active ingredients in the recommended daily dose: 0.018% carvacrol
= 0.044 ml of carvacrol in 0.07 ml of oregano oil in the recommended
daily dose of the product.

HOW TO USE:
as a dietary supplement for adults,
2 drops in a glass of cold water. Mix well. Take oregano oil
1-2 times a day before meals.
