Sulfur Complex No. 12 tablets from Lehning Laboratories is a homeopathic medicine traditionally used in skin allergies, atopic dermatitis, dry and pruritic dermatoses including eczema and chronic urticaria.
Composition of Sulfur Complex No. 12
The homeopathic strains that go into the composition of each tablet and are present in equal parts, of  45 mg, and differ in their dilutions as follows:
 
Sulfur 3 DH
Arsenicum album 4 DH
Alumen 4 DH
Magnesia sulfurica 3 DH
Natrum sulfuricum 3 DH

The excipients are lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate and rice starch.
This product is for adults and children from 6 years old. The tablets are to be chewed or left to dissolve under the tongue, preferably between meals.
 
Usage:
Children: 1 tablet 2 times a day.
Adults: 2 tablets twice a day.

It is necessary to lower intake as soon as the symptoms improve and to stop when they disappear.
Treatment should be continued until symptoms improve. Treatment may be extended for longer only on medical advice. If you do not observe any improvement or even an alteration in your condition, such as a secondary infection, you should consult your doctor.
