Gastropax is a powder given to relieve pain and burning in the esophagus or for pain, burning and heartburn in the stomach.This medicine contains local action antacids. It works by neutralizing the acid secreted by the stomach. is good also for acid reflux.

You have 100 g of powder in the package of this medicine.

The active substances are: Calcium carbonate 20g, Magnesium trisilicate 20g, Light magnesium carbonate 20g, Heavy Kaolin 15g, Sodium bicarbonate 15g, Magnesium hydroxide 6g, and Tricalcium phosphate 3g per 100g of powder.

The excipient is star anise tincture.
 
DOSAGE OF GASTROPAX
You should dilute in a glass of water, a teaspoon of Gastropax at the time of stomach pain and not take more than 6 doses per day. It is usually unnecessary to take more. If symptoms worsen or are associated with fever, vomiting or if they persist after ten days, you should see your doctor.
