Valerian roots , traditionally used for their calming properties , are known to maintain good quality natural sleep and help to stay calm when stressed.
Hawthorn flowers contain active ingredients that help you sleep better, particularly by reducing agitation.
The aerial parts of passionflower , traditionally used, complete this formula.
 
Use: 2 tablets per day with a glass of water, preferably at bedtime.
