How often do you think about your kidneys? Not very often, right?

Exercise! This helps support healthy blood pressure levels, healthy weight, and helps move fluids.

Reduce carbonated, caffeinated, and alcoholic drinks, as they are hard on your kidneys.
Check your blood pressure. Blood pressure that is too high negatively effects the kidneys.
Don’t smoke or overuse alcohol.
